/ Background

This initiative is part of AP Thai’s Innovation Team, a leading property developer in Thailand. The team is committed to discovering and creating new services that elevate the customer experience—VESTA is one of their standout projects. VESTA enables customers to effortlessly transform their new homes by connecting them with top-tier interior designers and contractors, ensuring a personalized and exceptional journey in crafting their ideal living space.

As part of AP Thai’s vision, this project focuses on delivering innovative solutions for Thailand’s growing families. With space becoming increasingly important, many households are turning to new properties or renovations to accommodate future living needs. Since COVID-19, demand for new homes has risen by 58%, driven by the need for personal space (43%), dedicated areas for children and parents (30%), and investment opportunities (29%).

/ Ideation and Prototype

From the identified pain points, we developed a concept to bridge the gap between key stakeholders, including customers, sales representatives, interior designers, and contractors. In the current fragmented process, each party carries unnecessary burdens. Our idea is to create a service that acts as a central coordinator, managing the project from start to finish and reducing extra work for everyone involved.
